    The main advantages of the vertical shaft impactor are :

    Details

    The Agarwalla Group with 60 years experience in crushing industry realises the need to develop suitable crushing equipment to produce large amounts of smaller particles with less operating cost and with less power consumption.

    Hence, now we have developed the third generation of crushing system in India known as VSI (Vertical Shaft Impactor). The concept of crushing is between stone to stone, or in other words materials to be crushed hit the same lining materials at very high speed and the crushed materials are passed through a cloud of materials again and again. With the help of VSI producing fine and course material in the range of 0 – 4.75 mm or to 0 – 10 mm becomes very easy, compared to any other type of equipment such as horizontal shaft impactor or cone crusher.
